Better ticket completion through more flexible blank ticket management.

Your organisation admin now decide how the blank ticket is displayed when users create a new ticket.

Two new ticket template settings are available:

• Visibility: always show the blank ticket, or hide it when templates are available
• Position: display it at the top or bottom of the list

Reach out to your organization admin to activate one of these options, if needed.

Note: Tickets templates are available only for Advanced and Enterprise plans.
