Find your tickets in one click from your Analytics charts

Until now, viewing the tickets behind an Analytics chart meant exporting them or searching for them team by team.

A single click on a chart now opens the interactive list of tickets behind it, across every team, with the filters already applied.
This list works at every level: from your entire organization down to a single user or category.

A few example use cases:

• clean up incomplete tickets faster,
• follow one person's tickets across several teams,
• pull up every quality ticket for a site in one click…and more.

The "Calendar KPI Table" widget now offers a monthly view

Before, the widget displayed your KPIs by week (daily status) or by year (monthly status).
It can now also display them by month, with each week's status shown directly in the table.

Note: for the monthly view to display correctly, your KPIs need to be logged on a weekly frequency.

The Announcement widget now has advanced filtering

In the Announcement widget, you’re no longer limited to filtering by a single category at a time with no sorting or team filter. You now have the same filters as the full tab :

• Sort communications by title, by date...
• Filter by several categories at once
• Filter by label
• Filter by team
