👋 It is time to update you with our latest improvements to the fabriq app:

⏰ To save you time:

External ID for all properties. Want to easily connect information from other tools to Fabriq? Now you can add a custom ID to all Fabriq properties so that your third party tool can recognize the equipment/product/etc. that is tagged on a ticket.

Want to duplicate a team but specify which properties to include? You can now duplicate any activated properties to the new team. Do it all at once or manually select the ones of your choice as shown below.

Too many routines to handle? You can quickly find and narrow down routines using a search bar and filters – easy and intuitive 😄. In the widget view, the applied search term and filters can be saved, allowing you to potentially create multiple widgets segmenting your routines.

😍 For smoother every day usage:

Easily see when a task was done. The ticket history feed now reliably traces when a task was marked as complete.
Custom team scope and title for analytics widgets. If you are a site admin or an admin of multiple teams, you can now create analytics widgets compiling data from any combination of teams and sites within your admin scope. Also, you can now set a custom title for analytics widgets.

Smoother KPI datapoint commenting. You no longer need to comment a datapoint after you've logged it. You can now do so directly when logging a datapoint, be it from the KPI directly or from a routine step (via the step comments).
