👋 It is time to update you with our latest improvements to the fabriq app:

😍 For smoother everyday usage:

  • New filtering for task plan tab. We've enhanced ticket filtering in the task plan tab for a smoother experience. Now, it includes all properties in a dropdown menu, making it easy to differentiate between team values and those shared in tickets. You can consistently filter by all properties, not only based on open tickets at a given time. Additionally, much requested new filtering options like 'is not/does not contain/is empty/is not empty' will allow to build more precise and complex filtering logic.

  • New filtering for ticket widget. Similar to the previous improvement, you'll have to access to the new and improved filter in the task plan widgets of your dashboards.
  • New filtering for analytics widget. Yes, our team conducted a task force on filtering. 🙈 We couldn't overlook the analytics widget, so now you have the same filtering interface in the analytics widget to facilitate personalization of the displayed information and adapt to the different dashboards and contexts you might have.

💙 Top 3 features

We would like to recap our top three releases from this year:

3️⃣ The one that makes your life easier:

  • Add multiple KPI widgets during dashboard creation or editing. In just a few seconds, you can now add multiple KPI widgets all at once in the same dashboard!

2️⃣ The one that facilitates the flow of information:

  • Site communicator role. This site-level role which gives users the permission to share announcements to any team of the site or to the entire site itself. It is no longer needed to belong to a team to be able to deliver important information to them!

1️⃣ The one that standardises different sites and teams:

  • Organisation Page to manage all properties in full autonomy directly from the app. Properties tab, where you'll find all of your organization's properties, e.g. labels, categories, etc. You'll be able to create, delete, update these properties, as well as define their team assignments. It’s an essential tool to manage and standardize all properties at an organizational level.

Want to see how it works? If you are responsible for your fabriq environnement at the organisational level, you just have to ask our Customer Success team to activate this new feature for you!
