๐Ÿ‘‹ It is time to update you with our latest improvements to the fabriq app:

๐Ÿ˜ For smoother every day usage:

  • New dynamic KPI creation flow. We improved the way you create dynamic KPIs (DKPIs) with a much more intuitive flow to give you autonomy and coherence in creating the DKPIs you want!
  • Categories on Announcements. A much-awaited improvement: now, you can add a category to an announcement, facilitating filtering them according to the content for a specific audience. For example, if you are discussing safety topics and need to share only your announcements related to safety (i.e. the security flash), you can now easily do it!
  • Dial display for streak counter. There is a new way to display your streak counter KPIs, and it's a common standard in many organizations: dials. An easy way to visualize your streak! ๐Ÿ˜‰
  • Flexible date selection in KPI routine steps. Need to add a KPI datapoint for a weekend or a national holiday? Now you can modify the date of a KPI datapoint to be added directly in the routine step to handle these exceptions.

โฐ To save you time:

  • Ticket creation flow improvements. For those using ticket templates, you can visualize the pre-assigned team(s) to a specific template in the list of templates. Additionally, your favorite templates will be displayed at the top of your list. Finally, a ticket without a template is now called a 'blank ticket,' and the team property is located just below the title to ensure you won't forget to share with specific teams when needed.
  • Direct access to source KPI datapoints from DKPI datapoint modals. Easily access KPI source information such as data points and comments by clicking directly on the datapoint and then the source KPI. Navigate between levels (from DKPI to source KPI) in a very easy way. ๐Ÿ˜Œ
  • Delete KPIs. More than archiving a KPI, you are now able to delete it completely. Just before doing so, there is a pop-up message to confirm your decision, ensuring it's what you want. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Just a side note: itโ€™s not possible to directly delete a KPI that is a source of a DKPI. First, you would have to exclude the KPI as the source, and then you can delete it.
