๐Ÿ‘‹ It is time to update you with our latest improvements to the fabriq app:

๐Ÿฅ Without further ado, we've just rolled a massive upgrade to our KPI targets! ๐ŸŽ‰

Targets are now independent series, which means targets:

  • can be inputed ahead of time
  • can be consolidated in dynamic KPIs
  • can change over time AND be compatible with automated rules

This improvement will go along way in helping you drive your operational performance directly from the shop floor: making upcoming targets visible to help motivate teams, consolidating performance and targets all the way up to site and even organization level.

What is this going to look like? Here's the list of 5 key new features you'll have at your disposal.

#1: Implement automated rules based on target values that change over time.

#2: Define targets ahead of time, i.e. before you know the data point value.

#3: Import target values in batch to set your performance plan for the month (or even year) ahead!

#4: Consolidate targets in dynamic KPIs using the same operations as for datapoints.

#5: Define performance ranges based on percentages of your target series.

โฐ To save you time:

  • Set targets for date ranges. Already have your targets for a specific period of time and want to input them in advance? You can now add targets for specific date ranges in your multiseries KPIs directly in the app. Just click on the 'Set for a date range' toggle, and the date range selection will become available to you!
  • Active and deactivated users in the Organization Page. For client admins having access to the Organization Page, you can now see directly in the app whether a user is active or not.

๐Ÿ˜ For smoother every day usage:

  • Deactivate a ticket process without losing content. Donโ€™t need a process anymore and want to deactivate it without losing their content in existing tickets? Just ask our team, and we will do it for you. ๐Ÿ˜‰
  • Readable long property names. For some mobile users, it can be hard to select the right property when long names starting with the same pattern are not visible. This is no longer the case, facilitating the selection of the right information.
  • Line breaker for your spacer widget. We know how personalization and readability are important for your dashboards. In order to help you, we've enabled line breaks for text blocks in the spacer widget, as shown in the image below.
