Ticket templates management and other improvements

👋 It is time to update you with our latest improvements to the fabriq app:

To save you time:

  • Create, edit and delete your ticket templates in full autonomy. A significant improvement for you: organization admins now have a dedicated tab in their organization page to create and edit all information in their ticket templates without relying on our team to do so. This includes predefined tasks, determining which fields should be displayed, specifying whether it carries a placeholder, defining the process to be automatically added, and selecting the teams with which the ticket will be shared every time a new ticket is created. You can access this page directly on the organization page.

👉 Ticket templates standardize the way process are reported, reduce problem resolution time with the right information in the right place and facilitate the adoption of your standards. This feature is available for advanced and enterprise subscription plans. Please contact our team for more information.

  • Encourage users to create a ticket when a datapoint is NOK (not OK). A nudge is displayed when a datapoint with a target that is not met is about to be added. Simply enable this improvement in the settings of the specific KPI.
  • Add an attachement when a datapoint is created. As people say, a picture is worth a thousand words. You are now able to attach files, such as a picture, when commenting a datapoint upon creating it.

💎 For a more personalised experience:

  • Filter task plan by routine. After many requests, now you can filter task plans (including widgets) using any of the the team's routines.
  • Create yearly KPIs and DKPIs. We know how important it is for top management to track long-term trends, so you can now create yearly KPI and DKPIs to facilitate this high-level view of your performance. Note that, when adding a new data point, you will be prompted to select a specific date of the year, but the data will be displayed - as expected - for the whole year in the KPI.

This new frequency is now also available for DKPIs. In particular this means you'll be able to roll-up higher frequency KPIs (e.g. daily, weekly, or monthly) into yearly ones – for example, rolling up a few monthly defect volume KPIs into one yearly DKPI at facility level.

  • More international users, new currencies available. Additional currency options have been added into your datapoints settings: Japanese Yen 🇯🇵, Mexican Peso 🇲🇽, Australian Dollar 🇦🇺, Chilean Peso 🇨🇱, Colombian Peso 🇨🇴. If there are other currency types still missing, please let us know.
