Discover what's new with our Roles and Permissions

We are excited to present the latest improvements made to the roles and permissions of our platform, available starting July 2, 2024. Here are the highlights:

Team Roles Optimization:

  • Clear and detailed role explanations added
  • Streamlined interface: Roles and Permissions have been cleaned up for smoother and more intuitive navigation
  • New Coordinator role: We have merged the Owner and Admin roles, and we’ve introduced a Coordinator role. This role bridges the gap between admin and member roles, providing greater flexibility and precision in daily team management, such as scheduling routine instances.

Facilitating Property Standardization:

  • Standardization of the "I can create" option: This option is now uniform across all properties, simplifying content creation.
  • Locking modifications of certain property values: For better consistency across your sites, you can now lock editing of certain properties directly from the organization page, ensuring increased coherence and stability.

Please be aware this feature is only available to our Advanced and Enterprise customers. For more info, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

✨ The new "Similar Tickets" feature is available

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new "Similar Tickets" feature on July 2, 2024.

You create numerous tickets using our tool, and to help you save twice as much time during their creation, we have developed this innovative AI-based feature.

Users and teams can leverage existing information to:

  • Guide problem resolution more quickly.
  • Understand and identify recurring issues.
  • Access unique action plans that can become standards and knowledge content.

To view similar tickets, simply click the "Similar Tickets" button, which will display a list of tickets with their similarity percentage. Hovering over a ticket in the list will show the ticket's author, as well as its open and close dates (if applicable).

Once a ticket is selected for review, you can base your actions on the resolution steps or processes used to more effectively resolve the new issue.

This feature is available to all Enterprise customers. For Standard and Advanced customers, it is accessible as an add-on with a free 3-month trial period. Please consult your Customer Success Manager to test this new feature.

Facilitation of zone mapping and team assignment

Administrators can now assign teams to specific zones directly from the "zone" tab on the site page. This feature simplifies and optimizes zone mapping while facilitating the allocation of teams to specific zones.

Harmonization of field and filter selectors for zones

The harmonization of field and filter selectors for zones results in increased time savings and an improved user experience. It simplifies zone selection and ensures the correct zones are selected.

In the revamped zone selector, we display two levels of the tree structure by default.
