đź‘‹ It is time to update you with our latest improvements to the fabriq app:

Enhancement of Zone Settings

Starting now, you can easily add a new zone between two existing zones. This new zone will automatically inherit the attributes of the parent zone, ensuring that you maintain the desired tree structure with minimal additional effort.

This improvement aims to simplify the editing of your site's zone mapping. Whether you're updating existing configurations or developing new zones, this feature provides unmatched flexibility while ensuring the integrity of your zone organization.

Access to Archived Tickets CSV

You can now download a CSV file containing all the process data for archived tickets. This new option, accessible directly from the archiving modal window, lets you quickly obtain a comprehensive overview of the processes associated with your archived tickets.

This improvement simplifies access to historical data and helps you analyze and manage your information more effectively.

đź’™ Top Features of the First Half of the Year

1. Routine Scope. The same routines are often repeated multiple times a day/week across different zones, with varying equipment, products, and team members. Differentiating and analyzing these instances can be quite a challenge. To address this, we have added scopes during the planning and execution of routine instances. For a given instance or schedule, you can now specify a scope, a specific set of properties to which it applies. Here’s an example below:

And the good news is that this scope will help you get more detailed routine analyses with the application of filters!`

2. Encourage Users to Create a Ticket Directly from a Routine Step. If a response is marked as Not OK (NOK) for a routine step, the ticket creation button will prompt the user to report the issue in a ticket. Please note that this improvement needs to be enabled in the settings of the specific routine by the team admin.

3. Encourage Users to Create a Ticket When a Data Point is NOK (Not OK). A reminder is displayed when a data point with an unmet goal is about to be added. You just need to enable this enhancement in the settings of the specific KPI.

4. Add an Attachment When Creating a Data Point. As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. You can now attach files, such as images, when creating a comment on a data point.

5. Create, Edit, and Delete Your Ticket Templates Independently. Administrators now have a dedicated tab on their organization page to create and edit all information in their ticket templates without needing our team’s assistance. This includes predefined tasks, determining which fields to display, setting up placeholders, defining the process to be added automatically, and selecting the teams with which the ticket will be shared upon each new ticket creation. You can access this page directly from your organization page.

6. Duplicate Your Dashboards. Want to establish a standard for your dashboards? Good news—you can now duplicate your dashboards to other teams on Fabriq!
