👋 It is time to update you with our latest improvements to the fabriq app:

Project Management: Discover the latest updates to the timeline view

  • Longer time periods in the timeline view

Get a comprehensive overview of your ongoing projects with the ability to view the timeline for the current month, quarter, semester, or year.

  • Visually group tickets with dependencies

This feature makes it easier to access relevant information by providing a standardized visual view of tickets with dependencies. You can now group tickets in the timeline view by various properties (category, custom property).

  • Enhance the appearance and presentation of ticket information

We have optimized the readability of the timeline view by improving the display of ticket information. You will now benefit from better visibility on ticket status, category, and a task plan progress indicator.

  • Ability to group by property in the timeline view

With this new feature, you can group tickets in the timeline view by various properties (category, custom property).

All these new enhancements make it easier to access relevant information, while offering increased customization, a better user experience, and time savings for your teams.

☀️ Summer enhancements

  • Easily update the empty KPI widgets content

We have added new setting options in the empty KPI widget call to action to make it it easier to update and display relevant information in custom dashboards. For duplicated KPI widgets that display KPIs not associated with the team they were copied from, you now have a shortcut to share the KPI with that team, replace it with another KPI, or delete the widget.

  • Visualize your list of KPIs on a weekly or annual period

With the new "Calendar KPI table" widget, you can monitor and compare KPI values at a glance. This widget allows you to display either daily time series and status KPIs over a weekly period or monthly KPIs over a monthly period. This enables easy monitoring and quick comparison of KPIs, improves access to information and optimize your data management.

  • Save default periods and frequencies in analytics widgets

We have added the ability to set default periods and frequencies for analytics widgets while in dashboard edit mode. This feature makes it easier to monitor the desired information by automatically adjusting period and frequency settings according to your preferences.

  • Ability to filter the process view

The new process view filtering feature enhances the monitoring of ongoing processes. You can filter the process view based on any variable or property of existing tickets, making tracking more efficient.

  • Instructions for routine steps

We have added the ability to include instructions in routine steps to provide additional context. These instructions can be enabled for any type of routine step and are displayed under the questions of routine steps, whether you are using the carousel or list view on the web and mobile app.

  • Improvement of ticket field dropdown UX

The UX of the ticket field dropdown has been streamlined to facilitate accurate data entry and reduce errors. Key changes include displaying only values related to the ticket’s teams, infinite scrolling for all field values with search always available, and a dropdown order based on admin team settings for category and status properties.
