📌 Boost data quality & standardization to power Operational Excellence

We’ve just unlocked a powerful new capability for Site Managers: they can now manage and assign property values — like categories — directly at the site level.

A new dedicated ‘Properties’ tab allows users with the Site Admin role to create and edit properties and assign them to the relevant teams.

This update gives Site Managers the flexibility to adapt organization-wide standards to local realities, ensuring greater consistency while saving time by managing everything in one centralized place.

📅 Plan smarter with a more intuitive Task Calendar

We’ve upgraded the Task Plan calendar view to make managing open tickets and tasks easier, faster, and more visual — whether you're planning the day or the entire month.

With these improvements, Team Leaders and Managers can better track due dates and stay on top of team execution, all while gaining a clearer overview of what’s ahead.

Need to locate a specific ticket, KPI, or routine by its ID? Simply type # + ID in the search bar to instantly access the exact item — no more wading through unrelated results.

This enhanced behavior also applies when searching within the ticket, KPI, routine dependency feature.
This improvement helps you work faster and with greater accuracy, especially when managing cross-linked tickets or tracking dependencies.
