We’ve rolled out 30+ fixes and improvements to make the Fabriq mobile app faster, more stable, and better aligned with the quality of our web experience.
Beyond addressing reported issues, we also proactively resolved underlying glitches and technical inconsistencies, a reflection of our commitment to delivering a more reliable and resilient mobile experience on the shop floor.
From smoother ticket field input, to more dependable routine launches via QR code and better display of favorite routines, every update makes it easier to capture operational data on the go.
The Fabriq mobile app is designed to be a personal companion, focused on individual usage, not team-wide coordination. It enables:
Earlier this year, our satisfaction survey revealed that the main source of frustration wasn’t missing features — it was reliability issues that disrupted daily use. In response, we made the strategic decision to invest heavily in rebuilding a stronger technical foundation.
The result?
We reduced reported issues by 60% between April and May, alongside many subtle improvements that collectively make the app more dependable day to day. And we’re not stopping there — more updates are already in the pipeline to further boost performance and stability.
To help you and your teams benefit from the most stable and reliable experience, we’re introducing a more predictable mobile release process.
Starting now, all new native app versions will be released on Mondays at 2 PM CET, with 7+ days notice.

No more copy-pasting from Excel! You can now create and edit tables directly in the notepad widget, making it easier to structure reporting data and daily notes — all within Fabriq.

This feature is ideal for organizing unstructured information that doesn’t need to be formalized into KPIs or tickets — such as shift handovers, HR updates, or meeting takeaways.

Tickets will now display the last due date that was synced when the next task doesn’t have one. This change improves visibility of tickets across dashboards and filters and makes your planning more reliable.
