💎 For a more personalized experience:

• Mass units in KPIs. We've added metric mass units to KPI display options, ranging from milligram (mg) to ton (t).
• Pre-populated open fields. To save you time, ticket templates can now resemble forms where you can pre-fill certain fields, as shown in the image:

😍 For smoother every day usage:

• Notepad widget makeover. We listened to your feedback and decided to push several improvements:

1️⃣ The date button now serves to navigate to past notes via a calendar view

2️⃣ Need to reuse the same pattern every day? You can save a note as a template which will be applied by default every time a new note is created (including the note's color!)

3️⃣ You can now see which user last made changes to the note and when

• You can now include an attachment appendix in process PDF exports. Can a report really be complete if it doesn't include attachments ? By clicking the "Display Files in Appendix" toggle at the top of the report view, you can include all the process' attachments available in the PDF export, with previews for the photos.

👋 It is time to update you with our latest improvements to the fabriq app:

💎 For a more personalized experience:

• Site communicator role. We've created a new site-level role which gives users the permission to share announcements to any team of the site or to the entire site itself. It is no longer needed to belong to a team to be able to deliver important information to them!

• Customize label colors in team settings content tab. Now you can edit label colors based on your preferences.

😍 For smoother every day usage:

• Team ticket sharing settings. Allow specific teams to be receive tickets from users who do not belong to them. Great for configuring support teams (e.g. maintenance) who need to be solicited by production teams.
• Improvements to PDF export of routine and process reports. We've worked hard to bring you a drastically better experience when exporting reports to PDF (or simply printing), including their attachements directly from the fabriq app without needing to edit first. Look forward to cleaner, more informative, beautiful reports!
• Routine CSV export filters. Newly added filters allow you to export a specific set of routines over a specific date range.

⏰ To save you time:

• Pre-populated fields in ticket templates. Templates can now be configured with pre-set values (e.g. the “Safety” category on a safety incident template). Save your users time and make sure all tickets are adequately filled out! Ask our team to set it up for you!

😍 For smoother every day usage:

• Dashboard auto zoom. Activating this new setting will provide you with a smooth, responsive experience every time you open a dashboard. No need to manually adjust zoom level – it will automatically adapt to your screen width to make the content fit snugly.

💎 For a more personalized experience:

• Custom dashboard slideshows. Team owners can now choose which specific dashboards to include in slideshows.

• Localized notification content. Notification content is now available in all of the languages.

• Expanded search scope for site admins. Site admins can now search for and open any ticket, announcement, KPI or routine on their site, and are no longer limited to content in the teams they are a member of.
• Incomplete datapoints on dynamic KPIs bar charts. You can now easily spot a dynamic KPI datapoint that has partial data as the corresponding back will appear slightly transparent.

👋 It is time to update you with our latest improvements to the fabriq app:

⏰ To save you time:

• One-click perfect fit for your dashboards. Optimize the zoom level of your dashboards automatically based on the width of your screen. If you like to doing things the hard way, you'll still be able to manually control the zoom level using the -/+ buttons or typing it in directly, with 1-percentage point precision.
• Sticky control bars. Isn't it annoying when you've scrolled all the way down and can't access that important filter? All control bars in the app are now sticky and will remain visible regardless of how far down you've scrolled.

💎 For a more personalized interface:

• Only see the ticket processes that are active on your site. Ticket processes can now can be active on specific sites and not on others, making teams only have access to the processes they should be using. Ask our team to set it up for you!
• Add a background image to your spacer widgets. Adding a photo just makes things nicer, don't you think? How about your company logo? A team photo? With text and images in your spacers, fully customize your dashboards!

😍 For a smoother every day experience using fabriq:

• Responsive font size of the status KPI. This new improvement makes easier to read the status of your KPIs without having to click in it.
• Add data label to KPI charts. A much awaited improvement! With data labels, you'll be able to read a datapoint's value directly from the graph and precisely compare datapoints side by side without having to hover over each one. Showing these labels remains optional and you can activate them from the settings of your KPI.

• Smoother announcement opening. We went on a hunt for unnecessary clicks in the announcements widget in a hope to let you access the important information as quickly as possible.

👋 Here you will find the latest releases of our product team:

⏰ To save your time and centralize information:

• Custom dashboard duplication. Teams admins can now duplicate their custom dashboards, so you can quickly edit or create new content.
• Export all fields to CSV. Additional and custom field to ticket export in CSV (e.g. equipment, zone, product and priority).
• Improved mobile ticket UX. Users are now nudged to add a team in order for all of the team’s data to become available (e.g. labels, categories, etc.).
• Attachment slideshow. Easily loop through multiple attachements, instead of tediously opening and closing each one.

💎 To increase personalization on your actions:

• N/A option in routine checklists. We added the N/A option to routine checklists, allowing users to select an appropriate when the requested information is not available.
• Widget text alignment. We added horizontal text justification (left, center or right) to our spacer widget so you can make your dashboards look even cleaner and better aligned.
• Saved task sorting in tickets. If you like your tasks sorted a certain way in a ticket, this will now be saved in the ticket every time you set it. No need to set it over and over again.

🌍 To improve your global footprint:

• More translatable content. Process titles, ticket templates titles, status: improving accessibility for international users.
• More KPI currencies. We added CHF 🇨🇭 to KPI currency format.

The new app allows you to improve in:
