👋 Here you will find the latest releases of our product team:

⏰ To save your time and centralize information:

  • Custom dashboard duplication. Teams admins can now duplicate their custom dashboards, so you can quickly edit or create new content.
  • Export all fields to CSV. Additional and custom field to ticket export in CSV (e.g. equipment, zone, product and priority).
  • Improved mobile ticket UX. Users are now nudged to add a team in order for all of the team’s data to become available (e.g. labels, categories, etc.).
  • Attachment slideshow. Easily loop through multiple attachements, instead of tediously opening and closing each one.

💎 To increase personalization on your actions:

  • N/A option in routine checklists. We added the N/A option to routine checklists, allowing users to select an appropriate when the requested information is not available.
  • Widget text alignment. We added horizontal text justification (left, center or right) to our spacer widget so you can make your dashboards look even cleaner and better aligned.
  • Saved task sorting in tickets. If you like your tasks sorted a certain way in a ticket, this will now be saved in the ticket every time you set it. No need to set it over and over again.

🌍 To improve your global footprint:

  • More translatable content. Process titles, ticket templates titles, status: improving accessibility for international users.
  • More KPI currencies. We added CHF 🇨🇭 to KPI currency format.

Keen on creating and managing your tickets on the go or starting routine instances from anywhere? Thanks to fabriq mobile app, available on both the Google Play Store and App Store, this is now a reality!

The new app allows you to improve in:

  • Flexibility to move around without a computer to launch routines and create tickets
  • Reactivity to solve issues by taking photos from your phone
  • Engagement and interactions from the team through comments and reactions

We took a mobile-first approach building this first version of our app to provide you with:

  • View all your open tickets and tasks
  • Create new tickets and make changes to them at any time
  • Access scheduled routine instances
  • Access to existing routines and tickets even offline
  • Pin favorite routine from your teams
  • Automatic synchronisation from notifications through your phone
  • Start a routine instance by scanning QR code
  • Access to recently opened tickets and search for any ticket
  • Write message on a comment or description by voice
  • Access a notification center with all the latest updates on your work
